On iOS: Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID at the top, go to Subscriptions, find InstantAI, and tap Cancel Subscription.
On the web: Open InstantAI in your browser, go to Settings, tap Manage Subscription, and follow the Stripe customer portal link.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then.
On iOS: Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. Your active subscription will be linked to your Apple ID automatically.
On the web: Sign in with the email you used at checkout. Your subscription is linked to your Stripe customer record and will be recognized immediately. If something looks off, the Stripe customer portal lets you manage the subscription directly.
We cap monthly usage to keep InstantAI fast for everyone. When you reach around 70% of your plan's monthly limit, we let you know so there are no surprises.
If you want more headroom, upgrading to MAX triples the monthly limit and unlocks Genius mode for the hardest questions.
We collect what's needed to run InstantAI: your email, your chat history, and the content of messages you send. We also use analytics tools to measure how people find InstantAI and to understand which features get used — AppsFlyer on iOS, and Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, PostHog, and Google Ads on the web. In the EU, UK, and EEA these web tools stay off until you accept the cookie banner. We do not sell your data, and we never use the content of your chat messages for advertising or AI training.

On iOS: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your account, chat history, and custom instructions permanently.
On the web: Open Settings and tap Delete Account at the bottom of the panel.
Once deleted, account data cannot be recovered.
